Registered to work in Portugal
You must be legally entitled to work in Portugal and hold a valid NIF (tax number).
Your own transport
Reliable transport to reach properties across the region. Travel expenses are subsidised when you use your own vehicle.
Professional standards
Punctuality, discretion, care with keys and belongings, and clear communication with our office.
Checkable references (essential)
At least two recent references who can confirm the quality of your cleaning. We contact them before confirming assignments.
Individuals and cleaning teams
One strong cleaner or a coordinated crew - both can work with us.
Some of our owners need a single dependable cleaner for regular visits. Others need a team for fast turnovers between guests. Tell us how you operate, how many people you can field, and the areas you cover.

References and quality checks
References are not optional. We verify them before placing you with owners. If references cannot be confirmed, we may offer a short trial period at a reduced rate so we can assess quality on site before ongoing work is confirmed.

Do I need to speak English?
Portuguese is essential for day-to-day coordination. English or other languages are helpful for some owner-facing work but not always required.
What if I do not have references yet?
We may consider a supervised trial at a reduced rate, but ongoing work depends on satisfactory references or proven quality during that trial.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Caldas da Rainha and assign work across the Silver Coast and nearby West Coast towns. Tell us where you are willing to travel.
Can my cleaning team apply together?
Yes. One contact person can apply on behalf of a team. Include team size, coverage area, and references for the work you deliver together.
